I want to share with you a little bit about how I became an Intructura… I had never done any type of group class but I felt that it was time to make a change in my life and do something for myself well I started looking for something, I first thought of Zumba since I like music and dancing, and looking for somewhere I found Extreme Athletic by Juany Lara, I arrived asking about Zumba and they told me about Xco Latin by Jackie, I took the class and I immediately fell in love with this modality.
Personally, it has helped me a lot both personally and physically, I feel more confident, I have greater performance in my daily life and better coordination, and it has also helped me tone up. I have vitiligo and before I was embarrassed to wear skirts and short-sleeved blouses, but thanks to this modality it has changed me completely, now I wear my little skirts and short-sleeved blouses, I liked Xco Latin by Jackie so much that I got certified.
